or teams in the workplace.
We engage people in developmental conversations that support 'the best' of
their experience of themselves, of their work and of their organization,
focusing on strengths and positive experiences, even in the midst of challenges
that may have led to the request for coaching.
We believe that coaching conversations of this kind provide the support and the
safety to actively engage clients in discovering for themselves, both those
thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours which are working well for them and which
open up new possibilities, as well as those which no longer serve their own
highest good, nor possibly that of the organization.
