Mark specializes in human dynamics in the workplace, assisting leaders, teams, departments and whole organizations in developing positive cultures that get results.

Currently, Mark teaches for both the Schulich School of Business in the Masters Certificate of Healthcare Leadership and the Masters Certificate of Municipal Leadership at York University. He also delivers seminars for the Gustavson School of Business and The Loyalist Training and Knowledge Centre.

Sandra works with her clients to enhance self-awareness, leadership presence and impact. As a sounding board for thinking and vision, a catalyst for sustainable change Sandra partners co-creatively with her clients in building positive organizational culture

Sandra serves as lead coach within The Loyalist Training and Knowledge Centre’s Certificate for Municipal Leaders. She holds an Associate Certified Coach designation with the International Coaching Federation.
